Most hotels see their first inquiry within 7 days of going live. We broadcast to our community immediately after approval.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
DIY and DFY are one-time fees — no ongoing commitment. DWY is month-to-month, cancel any time with 30 days notice.
What if I don't get any tenants?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on DFY — if you don't get 5 qualified inquiries in 30 days, we refund your setup fee.
