❓ Is Stay71 a hotel or a booking platform?
Stay71 is a technology platform only. We connect tenants with hotel partners. We do not own or operate any properties. All hotels are independently operated and regulated by their respective emirate's DTCM or equivalent authority.
❓ What documents do I get when I book?
You receive a Stay71 booking receipt and booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp. This serves as your official Stay71 booking record. Any additional tenancy documentation is issued by the Hotel Partner directly.
❓ Can I book for just a few days?
Yes! Stay71 supports daily bookings (1–6 days), weekly bookings (1–3 weeks), and monthly bookings (1–12 months). Each stay type has its own pricing set by the hotel.
❓ Are bills included?
Most hotels on Stay71 include electricity, water, and WiFi in the monthly rate. This is confirmed on each hotel's listing page. Always check the room details before booking.
❓ What if I need to cancel my booking?
Our standard cancellation policy: 15+ days notice = full refund. 8–14 days = 50% refund. Less than 7 days = no refund. Some hotels may have different policies shown at checkout.
❓ How does extra guest pricing work?
Each room has a base occupancy included in the price. If you bring more guests than the base, an extra guest charge applies per additional guest. This is set by the hotel and shown clearly before you book.
❓ Is my payment secure?
All card payments are processed by Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor. Stay71 never stores your card details. Bank transfer and cash at hotel options are also available.
❓ How do I list my hotel on Stay71?
Click "For Hotels" in the navigation and fill our partner application form. Listing is completely free. Once approved, you set up your rooms, prices, and availability through your hotel dashboard.
